This is what is gonna happen....
You will cancel votes!

Each of you will have the power to cancel a jury vote.
If you cancel a vote for yourself... you lose the game.
If both of you cancel a vote for the other (Kyle canceling a vote for Zoe and Zoe canceling a vote for Kyle) you both move to the second round of canceling votes... And so on....

The first name must be the name of the first jury member that you want to cancel.
The other two names will be used only in case of another tie(s).
